What is one's poison....

...is another's pleasure. That is undoubtedly a fact. As a writer it is quite impossible to cater to every reader's taste. We all have personal preferences regarding genres, writing style and even story length. Whilst I write for children, I like to think my stories will appeal to their parents, after all, they are ultimately the ones purchasing the books! How am I doing on that score?
